“You’ve gotta update the site more”

Ok, I understand that our front page posts have been a little inconsistent lately, however there are plenty of decent reasons as to why.
1. I have been on holidays
2. Johnsee was looking after my department whilst I was away
3. Johnsee has had uni exams
4. I have been frantic finalising Australian Championship regattas and securing future events
5. We are just so damn tired
6. It’s pretty time consuming updating the site everyday
7. Finding content that’s decent is a mammoth effort
8. Making excuses is easier
9. There are only so many things that we can make up/start rumors on
10. Can’t be asked!
Starting on Thursday 6 December this is what we have on…
6-9 December: Audi Etchells Queensland Championships
9-12 December: Sail Brisbane
17-19 December: Sail & Play
20-21 December: Junior Sailing Program Training Camp
20-21 December: Introduction to Sailing
25 December: Christmas Day
26 December: Watching the Sydney to Hobart start on TV
27 December – 5 January: Cherub Aus Champs
28 December – 4 January: Taipan Aus Champs
31 January: New Years Eve
1 January: Recovery
2-6 January: Contender Aus Champs
2-11 January: 16′ Skiff Aus Champs
11-18 January: Audi Etchells Aus Champs
14-18 January: Sail & Play
21-23 January: Introduction to Sailing
24-25 January: Junior Sailing Program Training Camp
There is enough on for us to do some posts and start some rumors however the updates may not be consistent. Have we lost the love? No, not really, but are just struggling with how much time we can actually give the site. Keeping in mind as well that we have another business on the side that we look after in our spare time.
So what does this mean for you?
HEAPS! Here is your chance to be a featured writer/contributor to the unique world that is LSD. We are actively recruiting insane sailors to submit work that we will post of the front page with comments that flow through to the forums.
Surely there are enough of you out there with something interesting to say, or a point to pass across, or an opinion that you need to enforce.
If this is so, WE WANT YOU!

Submissions can be as random as you want, as long as the topic is directly linked to sailing.
