One thing you can't accuse him of is not having a go, in fact Warlow has been present in several of the biggest wipeouts of my life. One particular one off Coffs Harbour in the middle of the night will never be forgotten! Moreton Bay jellyfish have to be seen to be believed. The very tidal and shallow bay is one thing in 25 knots but if you get one of those jellies on your rudder it WILL stall and you WILL lose all steerage and hit the piss. Bearing in mind you are a 50% chance of spearing your mast into the mud and busting it, sometimes it's better to leave the chute in the bag.
