OG & Johnsee join the ranks of insanity

Most of us despise them…

The majority of us laugh at them…

99% of us think they’re a bunch of bloody idiots…

We vowed we would never become one of them, but today, on a cold and miserable day by the bay Johnsee and I joined the ranks of insanity and officially pledged to the cult…

Today we successfully gained a license to hoon at ridiculous speeds for no particular reason causing havoc on our waterways and disturb the peace and tranquillity that is Moreton Bay.

Today Johnsee and I became licensed Jet-Ski drivers.

As I sit here now I am still trying to understand why we even thought this was a necessity to show on our resumes. I mean, we don’t have a jet-ski, we don’t know anyone with a jet-ski and we have absolutely no intensions of ever buying a jet-ski! However now we are free to audition for the new Baywatch movie as we can proudly advise the directors that not only are we extremely glamorous and display excellent slow-mo running techniques, but we can save a drowning boy or girl within minutes of them gasping their last breath of air as we pluck them from the ocean on high speed machines just moments prior to the scary part in the Jaws theme song.

All laughter aside, I have to admit I underestimated the sheer thrill of driving one of these things, and I highly recommend you all give it a go if you haven’t already done so. If you live in the South East Queensland region, give the guys at Allstate Boat Licensing a call to arrange a session.
